Does anyone know a good reason we shouldn't require cairo as a build
dependency? It would be nice not to have #if's around without a good
reason.
I'm in the midst of adding support for .png's to the .spv file reader and
writer, which is going to be a little extra hassle in the case where cairo
isn't available.
