I'm sure it would help if someone wants to write code to read .pkd
files. So far, no one has committed to that. I'm most interested in
writing code that will help a large number of PSPP users. I've never
heard of .pkd files or quanvert before, so I'm not planning to write
code to read them.
I suggest that you should find some way to convert .pkd files to a
format that PSPP can already read. Comma or tab separated text may be
one option.
