About support usb audio device hotplug

Hi,

I'm new to QEMU and recently, I'm using an audio device in qemu VM. What I have done is adding a device when I start QEMU. It works fine but I want to do better. I wanna make the audio device hotplug-able. Do you guys have any suggestions? Thanks a lot.
