Yes: On your host you have to:
1. Enable IP forwarding:
# echo 1 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward
2. Enable masquerading
# iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING \
-s 10.0.0.0/8 \
-d ! 10.0.0.0/8 -j MASQUERADE
