Yes, I have problems, too with the CVS from Sunday. I get I/O errors when I try to boot. Most in combination with QCOW.
The problem apparently is in the call to function bdrv_set_geometry_hint in line 1896 of ide.c Just commenting it out in the latest CVS version seems to have solved the problems (while hopefully not generating others... :)
