[Qemu-devel] Link to the Windows binaries on the homepage

Hello.

I think that the link on the homepage to the precompiled Qemu for Windows 
(http://fabrice.bellard.free.fr/qemu/download.html) is outdated. It points to 
http://www.h7.dion.ne.jp/~qemu-win/, however that page states:

Stops updating.(2007/03/10)
...
New release will be available here by TAKEDA Toshiya.
http://www1.interq.or.jp/~t-takeda/qemu/

Probably the link should be updated to the second location.
