[RFC PATCH v7 28/29] hw/loongarch: Add fdt support.

[RFC PATCH v7 28/29] hw/loongarch: Add fdt support. |

Add tree nodes for 3A5000 device tree.
- cpu nodes;
- fw_cfg nodes;
- pcie nodes.
The lastest loongarch bios have supported fdt.
