[PATCH v10 08/16] target/hexagon: update libvirt-ci submodule

This patch updates the libvirt-ci submodule to a more recent commit
which contains the package mappings for flex, bison, and a native
version of glib2. All of which are build-time dependencies of
idef-parser.
