[PATCH v2 4/6] bsd-user/bsd-file.h: Add implementations for read, pread,

Subject: [PATCH v2 4/6] bsd-user/bsd-file.h: Add implementations for read, pread, readv and preadv

Implement do_bsd_{read,pread,readv,preadv}. Connect them to the system
call table.
