[ANNOUNCE] QEMU 9.0.2 Stable released

Hi everyone,

The QEMU v9.0.2 stable release is now available.

v9.0.2 is now tagged in the official qemu.git repository, and the
stable-9.0 branch has been updated accordingly:

There are 27 changes since the previous v9.0.1 release, including
a fix for CVE-2024-4467 (qemu-img info command lack of input validation).
