PowerPC G4 emulation

Hello,

Is there a known problem with emulating some G4 CPUs such as 7447? If I do 
ppc-softmmu/qemu-system-ppc -cpu 7447 it appears to hang (seems it's 
really running off writing to memory at end of RAM). Same with -cpu 7450 
and 7441 whereas with -cpu G4 which is alias to 7400 or 7448 and 7410 it 
gets to OpenBIOS prompt normally. Do these CPUs have some features that 
are not emulated correctly?
