[Quilt-dev] [patch] fix for configure.ac

Hello developers,

I just have tried to use quilt on FreeBSD and it seems to run fine (if 
you install some GNU tools). However the configure.ac contains a syntax 
error in a "test" expression, which is not triggered with GNU's test. A 
fix to this problem is attached to this email.
