[Quilt-dev] Quilt 0.45 has been released!

Hi all,

Quilt 0.45 is now available for download from Savannah:
http://download.savannah.gnu.org/releases/quilt/

This is a maintenance release, fixing a number of bugs which were
reported in release 0.44. This includes, but isn't limited to:
* Building with GNU make < 3.80 works again.
* Building on FreeBSD works again.
* Fix "import" bug when replacing compressed patches.
* Fix "edit" bug when invoked from a subdirectory.
* Fix "pop" bug when invoked with a nonexistent patch name.
* Better handling of non-ASCII recipient names when generating e-mails.

All users and distributions using quilt 0.43 or 0.44 are invited to
upgrade to quilt 0.45.
