[RP] IRC logs, chapter #2

Greetings fellow rat-killers!

Finally I kicked myself hard, and set up the irc logs. They are
updated automagically, provided that I didn't foobar the cronjobs.

The only noticable change is that the old logs were moved to
http://ratpoison.sourceforge.net/irc/old/, and only the new ones will
appear in /irc/.

At the moment, there's no link to the old logs, but that'll be dealt
with sometime soonish.

Again, many thanks to SirDibos, who is hosting my logging self!

Now, I'm going to have some sleep.
