[RP] Time for 1.1.0?

So we've added a fair amount of functionality to rp as of late and I
think it's time we wrapped it up into a 1.1.0 release.

Off the top of my head here are the pending I can think of. if there
are any I've missed let me know:

* multiple monitor stuff is busted. I'm currently taking a look at it.
* def* commands should return the current setting when called with no argument

That's the critical stuff.
