[rdiff-backup-users] problem installing rdiff_backup 0.12.3

Hi,
I have little problem installing rdiff_backup 0.12.3:

I've installed Python 2.3 and librsync-0.9.6 (both installed with
tarball and Python works, librsync passed all the tests by the
installtion).

When I try to install rdiff_backup:

#python setup.py install
running install
running build
running build_py
running build_ext
building 'rdiff_backup._librsync' extension
gcc -pthread -fno-strict-aliasing -DNDEBUG -g -O3 -Wall -Wstrict-prototypes 
-fPIC -I/usr/local/include/python2.3 -c _librsyncmodule.c -o 
build/temp.linux-i686-2.3/_librsyncmodule.o
_librsyncmodule.c:25: librsync.h: No such file or directory
error: command 'gcc' failed with exit status 1

What went wrong? librsync is installed I think. Does anybody know how
I can solve that problem?
