No, it won't be necessary to do a new full backup. I assume the
metadata file is there, but it has the wrong timezone? Then you could
try moving it into place, as in:
mv mirror_metadata.2003-11-01T19:31:14-07:00.data \
mirror_metadata.2003-11-01T19:31:14-08:00.data
^
and see if that works. Alternately, you could do the usual workaround
of deleting/moving the older current mirror and the new metadata file.
