Hia list,
I've ran into an exotic situation where rdiff-backup fails. I don't know
if this is a bug, or just a pbkec error.
Rdiff-backup fails when running:
rdiff-backup --exclude-other-filesystems /root /root/backup/root
/root/backup is another partition, so it should not go into an endless loop.
The same happens when I run rdiff-backup --exclude-filelist /root/backup
/root /root/backup/root
I'm running debian stable, with a backported (that explains the odd
strings in the error messages) rdiff-backup version 0.13.3
Here is the error output:
