I get the following error backing up one of our database servers:
python: ERROR: (rs_file_copy_cb) seek failed: Invalid argument
python: ERROR: (rs_job_complete) patch job failed: IO error
UpdateError database/postgres/AFTOL-2.custom librsync error 100 while in
patch cycle
The backup host is RHEL3 (centos) running rdiff-backup v0.13.4 with
librsync v0.9.6. The client giving the trouble is running
Red hat 9 with rdiff-backup 0.13.4 and librsync 0.9.6.
The file thats failing is a postgres dump file. If I manually rsync that
file, no error is reported and the md5sum's match.
Any clues?
