[rdiff-backup-users] Rdiff-backup 0.12.6 compatibility to 0.12.7

I was wondering if you know if 0.12.7 is backward compatible both 
server/client side wise.
If not are there any issue i need to be aware of or do I need to update 
server and client to be up to date?
