[rdiff-backup-users] Re: --help ?

i like rdiff-backup very much - but - why the heck doesn`t it follow unix 
commandline options "standards"  ?

#rdiff-backup --help
Fatal Error: Bad commandline options: option --help not recognized

Fatal Error: No arguments given

is this because nobody yet spending work on this, or is there a decision, that 
this shouldn`t exist ?
