[rdiff-backup-users] exclude smb mounts

Hello all,

I've had a look through the documentation and haven't seen an answer
(although I could have missed it).

I am backing up /home. Many users have smb mount points in their
homes. I don't want to backup smb mounts. I could exclude them but I
was wondering if there was some way to only backup local files and
exlude remote files (the smb mounted files).
