Hi,I assume your Linux system is 64-bit, correct? I think the problem is due to 64-bit -> 32-bit. (The pre-compiled .exe I posted is compiled only for 32-bit Windows ... do you have have 64-bit Windows? If so, I think I can set up a 64-bit windows compile environment.)
Secondly, can you add the "-v 9" option (no quotes) to rdiff-backup. I need to see some more information in order to pin-down how this error is happening. You can send the output with -v 9 to me directly.
