It seems like my install somehow has the REMOTE functionality
disabled. Can someone explain why "rdiff-backup /src remotehost:/dst"
isn't working?? The verbose output only says "unable to create
directory". The strace output indicates it's trying to create a
directory named "remotehost:/dst" on the localhost. (I also tried
adding --remote-schema 'ssh -C %s rdiff-backup --server'.)
