[rdiff-backup-users] New Wiki entry

Hello all:
Thanks to Andrew  (who provided the bulk of the information), I have 
posted a new entry on the rdiff wiki here: 
http://wiki.rdiff-backup.org/wiki/index.php/Installations.

It details how to do concurrent installations of rdiff-backup, necessary 
if you want to run multiple versions of rdiff-backup simultaneously.
