[rdiff-backup-users] concurrent installation fails

Hello all:

I'm attempting a concurrent installation of v1.2.8 over the system 
default of v1.1.16. When I run 'rdiff-backup-1.2.8 --version' it returns 
'rdiff-backup 1.1.16' . I checked my script for the pythonpath and it 
does point to the correct build directory for 1.2.8 and the lib and 
scripts directories there.

Does anyone have any ideas regarding why this is failing or what steps I 
can take to fix it?
