You can then add Rdiffweb as suggested but you can also add latest'n'greatest version of rdiff-backup by e.g:
sudo apt install rdiff-backup-2.2You can run it as rdiff-backup-2.2. If you want to be able to use this version as the default then change/create a symlink in /usr/bin.
