Follow-up Comment #4, task #15262 (project reproduce):

Hey guy, sorry for the late reply.

Based on what I have observed, it could be related to two things: 
1- the webserver performing a redirect to one of its mirrors; this should be
solved with "curl -L".

2- Geographical location.

So here is what I am gonna do first:
a. would use an anonymizor to fool the servers regarding the location.
b. gonna make configure use "curl -L" to download the tarballs.
