Details:

When uploading a project to an archive it is often necessary to upload the raw
project source of the current commit, outside of Git. For example
`reproduce-v4-0-g8505cfd.tar.gz' in zenodo.3408481
<https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.3408481>.

It would thus be very convenient to have an option to package the current Git
commit's contents in a tarball, something like this:


./project make dist-snapshot
