        - add an entry in the admin doc about sv_register_discard
        - clean up the savannah menu about documentation : the link to the SF 
installation guide is not here (there's links in the admin doc) since this is 
not usefull for savannah user nor for savannah hackers but for people who want 
to install SF or savannah (so this kind of link should be on the SF project - 
and, why not, on the savannah description page).
