Log message:
        Dirty hack of the function util_make_links, one more time for the urls 
in the form <http://www.gnu.org>. The problem is always the fact that we cannot 
completely change how we handle text stored in the database, as we cannot 
control how data as been entered in the database previously (IMHO, it is bad to 
insert html in text field, since we have no sreason to be sure that we will 
always use that data in an html context -- but things has been done like that 
from the start)
