  TODO: you need to do something like::

   tla make-archive sftp://arch.sv.gnu.org/archives/yourproject/myarchive1 

  Alternatively, if you want to use '/archives/yourproject/' as your archive,
  and since tla currently doesn't want to create archive in existing 
repositories,
  you can bypass this limitation by using 'tla make-archive' locally
  and upload it to the server using sftp.
