Mirrors
=======

The list of mirrors of the savannah (nongnu) download area is at 
http://dl.sv.gnu.org/releases/00_MIRRORS.html.  The instructions to potential 
new mirror volunteers is at http://www.gnu.org/server/mirror.html.  When a new 
mirror comes along (webmasters will email us), add the contact information to 
the file /root/mirrors-contacts.txt (private to avoid publicizing volunteers' 
email address), and add the mirror to 
/vservers/download/srv/download/00_MIRRORS.html.  (Later we will set up mirmon 
and automatic redirection a la http://ftpmirror.gnu.org, with help from Randy 
Kobes, but it's not worth it now.)
