All the changes suggested by Sergey have now been applied.
It is interesting to note that he also discovered the spurios
error in www/register/projectname.php that cused me a lot of
problem last week:
the last ?> statement did not end with a new line (If I had
handled this bug report last year, I would have not spent
so much time strugling with projectname.php)

Summary:  Several patches to PHP

Original Submission:  Hello there,

I'm installing Savannah locally at Stanford, and I found
a few bugs and typos in PHP and other scripts.
The patch file is attached.

My savannah installation is in a subdirectory of 
the main web server, NOT as a separate virtual server.

The bugs are mostly of two categories:
1. absolute resource names (specific to savannah.gnu.org)
where site-specific one should be, and 
2. English typos / grammar (you're free to ignore those :)
See the included patch for those.

There are a few more problems with the system, but I'll
send those comments separately.
