This is a support request. I tested pending-resend and it works fine.

The user submitted the bug as None (normally if registration does not work) but 
I think I already answered him by mail at savannah-hackers.

Summary:  Cannot have the confirmation email resent on creation

Original Submission:  I've tried to create a new account but I didn't received 
the confirmation email. When I try to log in, I get a message saying that I 
need to confirm. But if I click on the "resend confirmation email" button I get 
"This account is not pending verification."

There is also the following message:
