Original Submission:  Trying to reach the moderation interface of non-GNU 
projects give the following error in my browser : ' savannah.nongnu.org could 
not be found'. Such an URL that fails is :

Reproduced in Galeon and eLinks. Trace shows that there is a leading space in 
the host name while redirecting :
