Dear all

Since about 4 days I've been unable to use the task or bug tracker on the GNU Health project.

I am able to log in to savannah and make changes to the task, but at the moment of updating it, it timesout and  throws a connection reset error

I am also unable to send emails from my gnu.org account, due to time out at SMTP server. They might be related issues.
