[Savannah-hackers] About to submit creation of the lsm-org project

I just give you a short message to tell you we're creating a project in
savannah to help with  the organization of the Libre Software Meeting
which is, as you may already know, a major event which has ended
yesterday.

The tools in savannah will help summarizing details of B's and C's for
this year's edition and managing the next edition.

Hope you think this is interesting and deserves help from the FSF(E).
