Only project administrators will see the top menu 
 containing the project administration. These links now only 
 lead to pages to administrate/configure the tools of the project. 
 All links related to the management of items can now be found in the 
 public area.

Summary:  News admin interface

Original Submission:  I'm the mantainer of the project srt and I can't find the 
news admin interface (to aprove submited news) anymore. I think that happened 
since the interface upgrade, but I'm not sure, maybe it's hiding somewhere else 
but I couldn't find it.
I don't have the item News anymore in the admin area, news feature is active.
