[Savannah-hackers] PSPP mailing lists

The mailing lists for pspp are in a bit of a tangle, since they were
set up before savannah came into being, and because pspp was formerly
known as `fiasco'.

Currently, there is address@hidden and address@hidden ,
and I *think* there are mail aliases set up for address@hidden
and address@hidden respectively.  However non of these lists are
visible through the savannah pspp admin interface.

Could you please arrange that:

1.  Rename address@hidden to address@hidden

2.  Make the administration of these lists available through the
    savannah interface (when it's available again).

3.  To keep existing subscribers happy, place aliases from
    address@hidden to address@hidden (ie. reverse the current
    situation, so that the canonical name becomes pspp, and fiasco
    becomes the alias).

This project has been dormant for some time, and I'm hoping to breathe
new life into it.
