Hi,
It seems there's a partial / corrupted gnutls-2.3.0.tar.bz2.sig,v on the
server.
However, the CVS service is not really meant to store big binary files such
as release tarballs, and is www.gnu.org not meant for download. How about
using ftp.gnu.org instead?
