I will note that it was almost 10 years ago in March 2014 that I
re-activated your account. I don't think there has been any other
interaction between then and now. I only see now the new account that
you registered today.
Given what Ineiev said, I agree that I presume it was the person in
control of the account that deleted it. And if that was between 2014
and 2017 then that was literally years and years ago.
