Follow-up Comment #2, sr #111223 (group administration):

Unfortunately, peeking at the host suggests things are about what I've become
used to seeing as the systems have come to under constant pressure from
scrapers and such.  More we are doing on this that may help this, generally
rather incrementally, however I'll avoid comments predicated on the success of
(mostly) others' work :)

Meanwhile, it did load for me just now.  I'm not convinced restarting anything
will help; the overall CPU pressure may have dropped a tiny bit since you
initially reported.

Thank you for reporting the issue. It is very helpful for system
administrators to help us associate the host and network loads we are seeing
with specific problems people are having, things that have broken as pressures
vary or spike.

We can keep this ticket open for a bit in case things don't improve (or do and
worsen again quickly) but please do confirm things are okay.
