I see, the libraries in question may qualify as ones implementing Standard
Interfaces; however, that clause includes a condition, "for which an
implementation is available to the public in source code form".  Are any
reference implementations of those libraries available in source code form?

I believe more specifics are needed,


"Major Component", in this context, means a major essential component
... of the specific operating system...


I don't think the whole operating system can be a major essential component of
itself (not in practice).

Also, I feel that the part "serves only to enable use of the work with that
Major Component" hasn't been sufficiently addressed.
