Hi,
I have some questions. The answers will be helpful for patches I am preparing.
Thank you for your input in advance.
There are differences in `man screen` and `info screen` for sections that could
be the same, f.i. defwritelock and addacl. At the moment they use different
wording. Which description should be used/merged/modified?
What does "pation" mean in the file src/canvas.c? Is this a spelling mistake?
I am not a native speaker. What are your thoughts about the following changes?
Should I include them or not? If both spellings are used, which should I use?
a)
backend
-- (only upper word is used)
back end
b)
filedescriptor
-- (both are used)
file descriptor
c)
frontend
-- (only upper word is used)
front end
d)
canvaslist
-- (both are used)
canvas list
e)
windowlist
-- (both are used)
window list
f)
filesystem
-- (both are used)
file system
g)
filepointer
-- (both are used)
file pointer
h)
multiplexor
-- (both are used)
multiplexer
i)
MegaBytes
-- (only upper is used)
Mebibytes
j)
bufferpointer
-- (only upper is used)
buffer pointer
--
Kind regards,
René
