automatic screen copy

hi,

how to copy text into screen's copy buffer automatically inside a
screen's session.
for example i am expecting something along these lines.

echo text > "some screen cmd", should make the output to be put into
screen's copy
buffer, i will move to someother window and if i do 'c-]' the copied
text should be printed
out. is it possible in screen ?
