Hi Paul,Your patch work for me. Thanks for the quick improvement. It is a tricky area, it took me some time to more or less understand what was happening there in my use case.
I was running into the case where buf_used == buf_size in the second and final run run of the for loop. I think you also fixed the an additional problem in the check when the symlink points to an other symlink.
