Details:

 content description and content without title not validated too,

If in case author1 is adding the content and author 2 is adding the
title then i think this is ok(IMPRACTICAL - but just assume) but 

if the content is added first and submitted then this is getting updated as
new version but if we want to later add the contents where is link to go and
edit (missing ) so validation here for the title is must i feel.
