Details:

Add new course under a collection hangs without title being given
I tried to create a course without title -- validations are not
done her for the fields -- so some fields could be made mandatory

I got a message please wait a course being conducted and i waited
for more than five minutes no response --internet was working fine
definitely there must be some logical errors in the code!!!!
