Please make sure that elements that are set to "blocked" in their Copyright
history are not displayed on the SELF platform. Instead the user should
receive a message of the kind

    "The Copyright and license information associated with this material has
been challenged and the Legal Experts Group is currently looking into the
matter. Until those issues have been clarified we are unable to provide you
with these materials. We apologise for any problems this may cause."
